Richardson Breaks Own Meet Record at Leonard Hilton Memorial Meet

HOUSTON, Texas – Freddy Richardson shattered his meet record in the men’s 3,000-meters as Lamar University opened the 2025 indoor season at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational Friday hosted by the University of Houston. The Cardinals finished the meet with one gold, four silvers, and 12 top fives.
